The first thing you’ll notice about Becky is her incredible energy. She’s always smiling, radiates positivity, and has a natural ability to put everyone at ease. Thanks to her bubbly and approachable nature, Becky connects effortlessly with everyone she meets.
Becky’s career journey has been anything but ordinary. After graduating with a degree in Graphic Design, her love of travel led her into the travel industry, where she progressed to managing her own branch. During this time, she honed her leadership, customer service, and organisational skills, all of which now serve her brilliantly in estate agency.
Introduced to the property world by a friend, Becky began her estate agency career with a national brand, completing their training programme and quickly discovering her passion for the industry. Having worked alongside Becky for eight years, I’ve seen how she brings together her creativity, attention to detail, and people-first approach to deliver an exceptional experience for clients.
Often the first point of contact at LARK, Becky is the driving force behind much of the client journey. From registering buyers, organising viewings, and gathering feedback, to running campaigns that match the right homes to the right people, sometimes even before a property reaches the market, she goes above and beyond to make connections happen. She actively promotes properties for sellers, plays a key role in the company’s social media presence, and maintains excellent relationships with clients, guiding them through the process with her trademark positivity and energy.
Whether she’s supporting sellers, helping buyers find their perfect home, or mentoring colleagues, Becky’s goal is always the same: to make the property journey as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible.
Becky brings boundless enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to everything she does. She thinks creatively, looks beyond the obvious, and finds smart ways to connect people with the right homes. Dedicated and driven, she always goes the extra mile, whether for buyers, sellers, or her colleagues. Above all, Becky is motivated by one simple goal: to delight clients and ensure they feel supported at every stage of their property journey.
If there’s one thing clients and teammates can count on, it’s Becky bringing the sunshine to their day. She’s the office’s resident technical whizz, the go-to for fixing anything before IT support even get a look in. Super organised and a little bit protective of her Excel spreadsheets (seriously, don’t mess with them!), Becky keeps everything in order.
For clients, her reliability is second to none, if Becky has scheduled a call, it will happen. Armed with her trusty ‘paper diary’ (mostly an excuse to fuel her love of stationery!) she makes sure nothing ever slips through the net. Becky holds herself to high standards and can be her own toughest critic, simply because she never wants to let anyone down.
