Very happy with the service offered by Lark Partnership. First met whilst looking for a property. They were very respectful of the homes and equally knowledgable answering any questions I had.the reason I choose them to sell my property.
On selling my home they kept me upto date with excellent communication between seller, buyer, agents and conveyancers. Yes maybe a little more expensive than other agents but the attention to detail was worth it and each member of the team could respond to my queries.

Our house had been on the market for a year without much interest when we put the house in the hands of Luanne and Karen. This was the best decision we could have made in a very difficult property market. The service we then received was, from the outset, exceptional. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail was impressive from the start. They familiarised themselves with our complex property, with all its separate buildings and historical significance, to a degree that we found most impressive. When they showed people round they had the facts at their fingertips at all times so that prospective buyers had all the information they needed. They soon generated a flow of suitable prospective buyers looking for what we had to offer and this continued until a sale was made. Also we felt they provided a very personal service, showing an interest in our circumstances and being sympathetic to us at all times. Other members of the office staff were very efficient as well as being concerned and polite . I was recommended to use The Lark Partnership by friends who had sold their house with them. What a refreshing change this turned out to be! Right from the start I was treated with professionalism, timely and regular communication regarding the progress of my sale, and the ability to contact the agents at anytime. I was even able to seek advice when my named contact was at a family bbq!!
The Lark Partnership negotiated my sales and the purchase of my new property- the whole process has been seamless from start to finish. Luan and her team go above and beyond to help you secure a sale or in our case a sale and purchase. This has been a totally different experience of what estate agents can nothing was too much bother. The exceptional service continued right through to the end of the process with Luan and her team keeping up to date and on top of everthing that was happening with the sale and purchase ensuring that things progressed in a timely fashion and as stress free as possible. It’s not often you feel you get value for money but it was obvious from the onset that the Lark Partership are passionate about good service and represent excellent value for money. We had a very positive experience with Lark Partnership throughout our property purchase, and especially with Luan, who was exceptional from the very beginning.

From our first viewing, of property through to reaching the purchase , Luan was  very professional approachable and extremely helpful. She gave us a thorough explanation of the property, the buying process and what to expect at each stage which we really appreciated as the first time buyer. She had excellent awareness of the details of the property and always answered our questions clearly .We developed a real sense of trust and confidence in the purchase which remained through out the purchase despite some  complex turns along the way .

As the purchase progressed, we found ourselves involved in a complicated chain with several parties and some challenges along the way. As a result, our expected exchange date was delayed due to issues within the chain. We became very disheartened and started to feel that we might not be able to reach exchange anytime soon. During this particularly stressful period, Luan was our main source of reassurance. She worked incredibly hard to communicate with all the parties involved, continuously chased for updates and kept us informed which gave us confidence that the purchase was still progressing.She was very understanding of the issues we were facing and could further face if the purchase  was delayed. She gave us realistic expectations and worked hard to expedite the purchase by communicating with the agents and conveyancers up the chain , keeping the transaction moving forward .

We would also like to mention Karen who is also exceptionally wonderful as we often spoke to about our queries and concerns throughout the purchase, as well as the rest of the team at Lark Partnership, who were always aware of the progress of our purchase and equally responsive, helpful and supportive whenever we contacted them. Everyone was so friendly, approachable and genuinely willing to help. The whole team is amazing — they really are a dream team!

We genuinely believe that Luan and the team played a significant role in helping us reach our purchase. They went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent, particularly in managing communication and keeping everyone focused on progressing the transaction.

Had such a positive experience buying a property through the Lark Company. Luan has been SO helpful, friendly and informative throughout the whole process. She had all the answers to any questions on our first viewing, constantly kept us in the loop with updates and was such a prominent figure, especially leading up to completion.
